At In Faith Publications, we want to be transparent about how orders are produced and shipped. All products are made-to-order and shipped via trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners.

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

  • Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days.

  • Once production is complete, orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

  • Total delivery time for domestic orders is typically 7–14 business days, from the date of purchase.

Please note: larger orders or multiple items may take longer. Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping methods vary depending on the product and destination. Typical timelines are:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic, U.S.) – Total delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, including production.

  • Priority / Express Shipping (Domestic, U.S.) – Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, including production.

  • International Shipping (Standard) – Total delivery time is typically 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Note: These estimates include both production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, order size, and external factors such as carrier delays or seasonal volume.

3. Delays, Tracking & Issues

  • Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers.

  • Tracking may or may not be provided depending on the shipping method.

  • Delays can occur due to:

    • Carrier delays

    • Weather events

    • Customs processing (for international orders)

    • High seasonal volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, but we will do our best to assist.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at infaithpublications@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners to replace the item at no additional cost, whenever possible.
