All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website, including journals, printed materials, or other merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at infaithpublications@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost.

Please note that this applies only to damaged or defective items, not buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
We will assist to the best of our ability but are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
